Shelter comes from the need for sanctuary and protection from the wildness of Nature. Shelter is our second body, driven into existence by hunger and the need for warmth and safety. Her storms, winds and temperatures compel us to build a space to cook food and be human together. The obstacles She presents ultimately strengthen and help us to build relationships and community.

At Organic Shelter, we study and copy Nature and Her ways. We notice that every creature builds their home; it is only we humans who hire expensive contractors to do the job. This is understandable given the exorbitant costs, fees, permits, licenses and mortgages involved. Plus, it can be intimidating to build your own home considering numerous structural and safety standards that must be met.

Nevertheless, carpenters and skilled craftsman do build their own homes. But what about people with no building experience? What about them? Can they build their own home? Can they build their own custom home with no building skills or experience?

Yes.

As a former contractor with over 40 years of ongoing building experience, I built homes for people who could not do it for themselves. For this I was grateful because I needed to support myself and my family. Yet I soon noticed that the amount of money my clients had to pay to me, the bank, and to the county in order to have a place to live, often left them seriously in debt and exhausted by the time they moved in. Noticing this changed everything for me.

I realized it made more sense to have my clients become the contractor when building their home even when they had no experience.

Here’s why:

Building your own home is empowering. It saves tons of money; you get it the way you want it, and it reflects you and who you say you are. As the owner/contractor, you are responsible for (and to) your vision of what’s possible. Building your own shelter, growing food and cultivating a deep connection with Nature is an act of love. By becoming the owner/contractor you are also empowered because you are actively participating in the Greatness of Existence.

Organic Shelters grow organically. They start out as an idea, a possibility. They attract the light and set down roots. Conceived in your heart, an Organic Shelter germinates and grows. About Me

I dropped out of graduate school in 1976 and started building a geodesic greenhouse rooftop hydroponic garden in Nashville, Tennessee, because I was working as a cook at the Black-eyed Pea Restaurant and needed lots of fresh vegetables. I figured why should we buy them when we can grow them ourselves? I didn’t manage to actually build the greenhouse and instead went to Kansas City where I worked with visionary architect Matt Taylor. He put me in charge of his Ecosphere project, a spherical. geodesic, greenhouse-bio-shelter and micro-farm that was designed like a biological cell in order to function as a producer of food and energy.

I worked also with the great Sunray Kelley for 30 years experimenting with many types of building methods. In 1993 Sunray and I built the Forrest House on Orcas Island, Washington, (photo at beginning) Our finished projects included the Cascadian Farm Organic Fruit Stand in Rockport, WA, and many other wild-hearted works.

Additionally, we built the Birdsview Brewery located in the “American Alps” at the foothills of the Pacific Northwest’s Skagit Valley. Over the years, National Geographic, MTV, and Better Homes and Gardens featured our Shelters which represent the Greening of Architecture, a movement I consider to be the most important development since the Industrial Revolution.

Now I build custom homes, yurts, tree houses and tiny homes that come with living roofs and decks.

My clients assume the role and function of contractor for their building project. I request this because you are the one with the greatest investment in your vision and the project. You also are the one with the most responsibility for its success. As the owner/contractor you have the power and control over all aspects of the project, and can fire me any time you want. We have no binding contract, only an honorable agreement as professionals to work together.

In meeting the project’s requirements the owner/contractor and the builder both need to be capable and willing to define and assume complete responsibility for their roles. We agree to work with any situation that arises in a way that solves problems quickly, efficiently and effectively. Virtually all building projects have surprises and unexpected developments that can be challenging and difficult. People who spend money and time on a project expect positive results, and when something is missed or mistakes are made, we will need to agree on a method to solve the problem.

I keep my rates unusually low to help my clients keep their costs down, and I don’t carry insurance. Instead, I rely on myself and my clients to pay close attention to the needs of the project, to work hard and smart, and to mediate any and all conflicts that may arise within our relationship. No third party litigation, no law suits, only mediation if we can’t solve the problem between ourselves.

This is my disclaimer since builders are easy targets when things don’t go as planned. If I make a mistake, I will correct it on my time and use it to the project’s advantage, whenever possible.

I have never been fired, only promoted: all of my clients are now friends who recommend me to their friends. Nor have I ever advertised over my 40 years of building projects on a very regular basis.

There are three ways to access my experience and expertise for your building project. Throughout the duration of building your home, I am likely to participate in each of these three positions.

(1) Design: $100 hour

I draw plans for many of my clients.

Some people suggest that I have artistic talent as a designer and builder. I reply that it’s more accurate to say that I am a thief and a plagiarist! I steal Nature’s ideas routinely and marvel at Her intelligence and elegance of design while copying Her every chance I get. All my ideas come through me, not from me; I take no credit for the greatness and beauty of life that inspires me deeply. The love and beauty of Nature results in beautiful ideas, forms and the perfect nests for Her creatures.

The home we build throbs with the life-blood of Nature. She is our heart and where our soul loves to be. That makes design the domain we enter on our knees, on our face. That’s right. The awe inspiring majesty of Nature is the reflection of our human heart. Building homes and cities that respect and reflect Her majesty is long overdue..

I advocate the no-permit, no mortgage, no license, no inspection building process. We can submit plans to the county and get a permit too, if you want. I do it both ways but my overwhelming preference is to do it privately. You choose.

(2) Consultation: $45 hour

If I can’t be there at your project, I can still consult for you and will request a retainer so as to be available as much as possible to answer all your calls. This is especially effective when the client sends me close-up snapshots with their questions.  

(3) Hands-on: $65/hour

This is when I show up in the flesh with my truck and tools. I typically request payment weekly, or a payment arrangement that we otherwise agree to before the project begins.

Additional Important Information

As a builder, I have had to learn the fundamental principles of structure and process. The laws of Nature are so magnificent and precise, how we build can be no less. I take my relationship with my clients very seriously and I am accountable and committed to creating real, lasting value. The clear, well-defined boundaries and responsibilities we establish for ourselves will support and protect us all.

Introducing The Real Wonder Woman

American household but realized that cultivating a life in community (both human and non human) was necessary. During the Covid-19 shutdowns, instead of turning to fear or anger I began demolishing and rebuilding an old cabin in Alger, WA. Robert helped for a generous 8 weekends teaching me about building and about life. During that time I was also in school at Western Washington University finishing a degree in Environmental Studies. Robert helped in so many ways and I consider him an elder and a teacher. He’s an incredibly hard worker and has genius ideas on how to build with a budget and with scraps and salvage wood. the process of Building changed my life and my perspective; it taught me lessons about life overall.

If you can read and understand this sentence, then you are enlightened. The proof?  There is nothing under or before Awareness. Awareness exists prior to “under” and “before”.

You can’t be a little bit pregnant and you can’t be a little bit aware. You are either pregnant or not, aware or not.

What you are aware OF can vary widely. If you are a pickpocket, you see only pockets. If you are a hammer you see only nails.

If you are Awareness you are the Screen on which hammers and nails appear.

Even if you are only aware of nails you are still Aware. I capitalize Awareness because it is what I call God, the Condition of all conditions.

For untold millennia, we have missed this most basic fact:  Awareness is Primary. Awareness precedes the content of Awareness.

Consciousness precedes objects.  Therefore, Consciousness is primary. Objects are secondary.

Therefore, Consciousness Itself deserves to be the subject of our scientific investigations, not just objects and the laws governing them.

Objects are like mushrooms that sprout from the much larger condition, the enormous mycelial organism.

Objects are like fruit on the Tree of Awareness.

The importance of this hierarchy cannot be overstated. Without it, we are doomed to Scientific Materialism and Religious Superstition and all the other dreadful swamp creatures of the Separate Self, that infamous ego/object/focus of attention.

When Attention traces Itself back to Awareness, perception and “me” and “you” fade into the background and Awareness shines forth as the Light of Life and Love. That’s right. Awareness is Light and Light is Love. That’s why Awareness equals enlightenment, because Love is the primal Condition. If you are Aware, you are Love.

If that’s not enlightenment, it’s close enough for me.

It IS enlightenment. The reason we miss it is because it is so all pervading, so ordinary. A fish doesn’t notice the ocean either.

When this became clear to me, I still couldn’t accept it. How could I be enlightened? Me? With all my many faults and shortcomings? The junkie on the street is enlightened?

Yes. He just doesn’t know it. Like me, he is fascinated and hypnotized by the shiny trinkets and tacky jewelry of the Separate Self.

The Narrative of the Separate Self is a lot like the medical treatments that are worse than the disease itself. In March of 2019 a story was manufactured about a killer virus that was sweeping the world and killing millions of people. Then came vaccines and masks and lockdowns and social distancing and heart attacks and economic ruin.

Was it the killer virus that caused all the suffering and deaths, or was it the vaccines and lockdowns?

The Black Magicians and Sorcerers who cook up this vile brew and dish it out on the Evening Ooze will tell you that it’s the killer virus. They caused the problem with their false assumption of a killer virus and they have a great alibi. “It wasn’t the vaccines and lockdowns that caused the problem, it was Covid-19. Honest. Trust the science.”

This is what happens when the objects of Awareness dominate and obscure Awareness Itself.

Awareness is not threatened by a virus or anything else. Only the Separate Self is threatened. This is why the Gloomanatti want you divided, stapled, spindled, folded, forgotten and filed away in the basement.

Our so-called faults and shortcomings are artifacts of a false assumption: separation from Love. We are not separate from Love and we are not inside a mind and body, it’s the other way around.

What we call you and me is an object of Existence. It is a feature, a distillation, a condensation, a modulation, a state of Awareness.

It is no more separate from God than a wave is separate from the ocean.

If the wave is not separate from the ocean, then objects and bodies and minds are not separate from the God of Awareness.

All waves are oceanic and all individuals are Divine.

Only God Exists. Only Awareness Exists and all objects and individuals are made from It.

This is the Consciousness Only model of Existence and will soon replace that emaciated prisoner of mind known as Scientific Materialism.

Light and Love is our Nature. It is our essence, our Sacred Property. Every individual must reclaim their Property and cultivate Life there, in the Garden of Delight. We are not orphans born in sin and we are not refugees in our own Land. We are the noble fruits of the Tree of life.

Our Mother is dying and we are killing her with our arrogance and neglect. However, She is Pregnant with our Longing and will soon give Birth to Her Daughter and Mankind will no longer have a Mother, but a Friend and Lover.

Are you ready? Have you prepared a Place in your Heart for Her? We killed Her Mother and now we have to Care for Her Child.

This is the Ordeal of Enlightenment. It’s not all fun and games. How do you support a Child when you’re homeless yourself? When you have to live on the streets and beg for food?

Nothing unreal exists, nor could exist, without becoming real. Our experience of an illusion is a real experience because our awareness is real. Our awareness is central to every experience, real or imagined.

Therefore, the experience of everything and anything, the ability to notice and understand and comprehend, the experience we all have of awareness and the awareness we all have of experience is What Reality Is.

If Awareness equals Reality, then Reality is Infinite:  Conscious Living Intelligence appearing as subject/object relationships in a matrix of space, time, energy and  matter.

If only Consciousness exists then this means that the Matrix (Mother/Womb) of space/time/energy/matter are states of Consciousness, like ice, liquid and gas are states of water.

Therefore, the Universe/ Mother/ Womb is a state of Consciousness in which the One becomes the Many. The One becomes the Many through Nature’s Trinity: Father/Mother/Child.

The universe on every level and at every scale is Consciously Imagined and Simulated and  projected onto the Screen of Awareness by the Living Light of Consciousness Itself. Electro-magnetic Currents of male/female, positive/negative, light/dark, inside/outside are all fantastically powerful binary couplets that conduct the White-Hot Current of Life: literal Circuits of Freedom, Love, Intelligence and Happiness.

The universe is not an Artificial Intelligence construct designed by aliens to enslave humanity. The universe is a Divine Intelligence construct designed by God to liberate humanity.

The liberation of humanity requires intelligence. Intelligence is developed through overcoming deception and the ability to distinguish between the Counterfeit and the Real. This requires  understanding sensual perception as a lens through which Consciousness looks: rose colored glasses make snow look red and space/time/body/mind/selves make Consciousness look like the universe.

The snow is not actually red and Consciousness is not actually the universe. The snow is white, Consciousness is clear and our human bio-physical sensory apparatus is a lens  through which Consciousness looks. Only Consciousness can look. Only Awareness can see and hear and feel and taste and touch and smell and laugh and love. Only Living Consciousness can do this, across every species, on every planet and galaxy.

The Universe, the Matrix, the Simulation is a localization of Consciousness into space/time relationships which are inherently illusory because only One Consciousness exists, not two.  This can only mean that the Universe is utterly magical, friendly and playful. Males and females finding each other in an Ecstatically Beautiful and Mysterious universe is beyond spectacular. It’s also bewildering, wonderful, painful, exciting and impossible, but here we are anyway, go figure.

Duality is a pun on Unity. Unity appears as duality. How could it appear otherwise? Appearance requires both an Observer and the Observed. The One becomes Two by Seeing and being Seen. This is the profound Intimacy that always exists between the Whole and the Part.

The Universe is how Unity appears as Diversity. And, the one, common, singular Reality that unites all experience, all diversity, all duality is Conscious Awareness. Just like the paper on which a book is written is common to every letter, word and sentence, so is Consciousness to all phenomena. The paper is unlike every letter and word, yet contains them all, equally.

So-called Artificial “Intelligence” is a counterfeit of Consciousness, a clumsy, hamfisted HAM-FISTED imitation cobbled together with algorithms (coat hangers) and search engines (duct tape). It is becoming increasingly evident that AI is nothing more than a clever fake, blatantly exposed by the leftist/globalist bias excreted by the sexbots who bat their eyes at their gullible audience.

The AI Simulation occurs within the Divine Matrix and is an inverted, perverted imitation of it. The AI Simulation is a tacky, smoke filled poolroom in the back of a greasy garage where gangs of thugs and goons hang out, having traded their inheritance for crumbs. AI is the bill come due for humanity. We turned our backs on Nature and Her God and this is what we get.

So don’t worry about the plastic scumbots impersonating human beings and congratulating themselves on their fake intelligence. Instead, consider the magnificence of the Universe and its ability to respond to us and to nourish us with this beautiful Earth and Sun, the light and water and air and food, all expressions of Life’s Passion for Itself.  

The AI fakeworld is for people who ignore reality and make themselves ignorant. It is a dungeon for the mind, a windowless prison built for the blind who don’t need windows in the first place, so why build them?

It will all soon disappear, incinerated in the blinding Light of humanity’s  world-wide Realization of our shared Being.

One Life, One Consciousness, One Love: the actual Heart of Reality

When we as species, as one human family finally grow out of our collective childhood and find the courage to face Reality on its own terms, we will become competent adults who are sane, happy, inspired and passionate. We will become teachable because our fear and bravado and arrogance have disappeared. Now, we are open because we see the Greatness of Life and we trust it. We love it. It’s staggering, knee-buckling beauty is overwhelming and we fall into it, happy to drown there.

Your personal life is an intensely passionate Love Affair with Infinite Life. It’s not a journey, not a problem to be solved or even a lesson to be learned. Life is Love. That’s the Truth. That’s the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God (Reality) is Love. Let us repent from our denial of this most profound Truth and rebuild the world from the debris of our neglect and abuse, like the Phoenix who rose from the ashes.

Nothing less than absolute, complete, utter heartfelt surrender to and coherence with the Living Radiance will suffice. The whirlpool has no independent identity apart from the river and it is foolish to think so, yet this is what we humans do. We imagine a false reality and context for our true nature and then cram ourselves into it. We learned this behavior. It is not natural to our being. Individual human beings are like blossoms on the Tree of Life. This is the true context for us all.

True equality. True mutuality. No master, no slave. Only grateful self-ownership and responsibility for love. Divinely inspired human beings relating to each other from Essence to Essence.

This is the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, gestating in the Womb of the Mother.

She is pregnant with what is possible for us.

The Happiness of Aliveness precedes and supersedes all lesser pleasures. No amount of sexual pleasure, satisfaction of appetites, money, fame or power comes even remotely close to the Passionate Pleasure of Life Itself. This Happiness does not come and go. It is not dependent on circumstances or conditions. Like the Sun which is always shining above the clouds, Happiness is the structure, foundation and trajectory of Existence.

People say, Oh really? What about all the starving children, victims of rape and torture, homeless refugees and casualties of war? Are they happy? How could they be?

This is an extremely valuable and understandable question. Here is my answer: The poor children, the refugees, the homeless, the dis-enfranchised, the forgotten are all suffering terribly. They have been marginalized and ignored, even blamed for their terrible situation. Their situation is the direct result of what happens when we ignore the Truth of Reality, which is Absolute Love. When we ignore Reality we become ignorant. When we are ignorant we suffer. When we suffer we search. When we search we do not find because what we are looking for is not lost. It’s like looking for my feet, as if they are lost. I cannot find something that is not lost.

In the same way, I cannot find God or Happiness, no matter how hard I search. I can’t see my own eyes either. Nor can I bite my teeth or take a single step towards myself. The door to my prison cell is wide open but I prefer to paint blue skies on my ceiling instead of seeing that I am always already free.

The search for God and Happiness is sexy, dramatic and exotic. It promises an end to my suffering, an end which never comes because the search itself is born from suffering. While the Vision Quest and the Ordeal of Understanding are valid and valuable, they hide a deeper secret: You already ARE that which you seek. That’s right. Who and What you are seeks Itself. Life’s overwhelming Passion for Itself drives the Cosmos. It can’t find Itself because It is not lost, so It obscures Itself and plays a Game of Hide and Seek.

God hides in the ego and waits to be found. God hides in plain sight and bursts into laughter when discovered. This is literally true, and children who play Hide and Seek are reflecting the deepest dynamic of the Universe.

Therefore, give up the search and rest in the Beauty and Magnificence that permeates everything. Take off the dark glasses of your spiritual, emotional and cultural conditioning. Take off the clothes of your ideas, concepts and beliefs and get into Bed with the Great Lover (You). Understand that your beliefs are stifling you and amount to nothing more than a prison sentence in solitary confinement. When the false premise of separation from Love and Happiness is incinerated in the furnace of the grueling ordeal and meatgrinder we call human existence, the scales will fall away from your eyes and you will see Life as it truly is, free from your projections of lack and despair.

The refugees, the poor, the starving, the helpless and hopeless are in the position they are in because of the position we all IMAGINE ourselves to be in: inside a body and mind in a vast, cold and heartless universe.

Oh, really? Says who? All of us. All the petty dictators, the tyrants, the low life wannabes, the glittered intelligentsia, the hollowed out cynics and nihilists, the scientific materialists, the superstitious, the atheists, the skin deep intellectuals who claim without a shred of evidence that consciousness emerges from matter, the experts, the authorities, the schoolteachers, the nurses, the doctors, the carpenters, every single one of us.

Every single one of us has made an extremely dangerous spiritual error. The proof? The terrible state of our world.

I can say this for certain: loveless acts and heartless attitudes have all but ruined our world. If love and caring were at the center of our lives and every decision used love for its criteria, there would not be a single homeless or hungry person anywhere on this planet. The suffering we see comes directly from the spiritual error we continue to make and nothing will change until we stop our monstrous abuse of the Beauty and Sacredness of Life.

Who are you or I to proclaim that Life is limited to our puny ideas? Our vanity and arrogance amount to cosmic rape, what I call spiritual pedophilia. The sorry state of the world is a perfect reflection of our default upon ourselves, our betrayal and neglect.

It’s not just the governments and the psychopaths we elect to rule us. It’s everyone, all of us are guilty of malpractice and malfeasance and its way past time to stop.

It starts with the individual who refuses to tolerate abuse in himself and in others. It starts with repentance and a return to the power of love.

It ends with an authentic human culture that celebrates love as the core of existence.

This is not only possible, it is immanent. The whole world is pregnant (and overdue) with the Divine Child. The Mother probably won’t survive the birth, but the Child will.

The Child is holding back and staying in the Womb, impatiently waiting for humanity to grow up so that She can be born into a realm that respects Her. She is drowning and choking in the amniotic fluid and growing way too big for her poor Mother to bear.

She will die along with Her Mother unless we return to love. This is literally true, not figuratively or metaphorically true. The Mother and Her Divine Child are near death and it is up to us to save her from ourselves. This is the most important task for every single individual. Forget your petty concerns and fantasies of survival and fulfillment. Replace everything you thought was important with what actually is important. Throw away every thought and every thing that does not Recognize and Acknowledge the truth and the power of Real Love.

Are you the objects of your Awareness or Awareness Itself?

Do any of your self concepts match Who and What you are?

Are you a concept or a Presence?

Are you a body/mind/self in a world in a universe or are you the Awareness in which these objects appear?

If it is true that you are an Awareness, a Presence and not merely the thoughts and ideas and objects and states of your Awareness, then that means you are free from their limitations. It means that you exist prior to and independently of them. They are states of your Awareness, condensations and localizations and coagulations of your Infinite Nature of Love. You coagulate into things and objects and space and time and the laws of physics because you are Love Itself.

Our bodies and minds and the universe and all that appears to us exists because You are Alive. You are Infinite Consciousness showing up as the sponge on the kitchen sink, the cat, the neighborhood, the world, everything, all are manifestations of your childlike playfulness.

You build fantastic sand castles, then You knock them down. You are so intense an Actor, you get lost in the characters you play on stage.

You are the Eternal Life circulating through all the cycles of birth and death. You are not born and You do not die.

You are always already Happy and Free, Excited to Love and Create, Passionate for and Compelled by Beauty Itself, That Which You Are: the Magnificent Demonstration and Proof of Life’s Love for Itself.

Think about this the next time you or others apply some crappy label to you.

No concept or context is big enough for You. It’s not really accurate to say that you are “big” because You exist prior to “bigness”, prior to all concepts and measurements. You are Infinite, in which “bigness” swims like a tadpole.

My point is that our True Identity and Actual Condition is not an idea, a self concept, a thought, a belief or a thing, an object.

It appears that way to us in the same way water in a vase appears to be identical to the shape of the vase. It is natural and understandable that we identify with our bodies and minds and self concepts. This is God dressing up in costumes and playing characters on a Stage.

The All Important Distinction is between the Actor and the Character. Is the Actor identical to the Character? No. After the show, the Actor goes home.

Does the Character have an existence apart from the Actor? No. The Character is made entirely from the Actor.

This is the Word made Flesh, the Incarnation of God into Man.

God the Actor became Man the Character.

When the Show is over (ego death and transcendence) only the Actor remains in his Home.

The Actor is not dependent on the Character for His Existence.

Understanding this enables the Character to release his identity as an figure in a costume on a stage and realize its unity with and identicalness to the Actor.

This is called Dying before you die.

This is the Portal for Humanity, the Doorway that has been blocked by those who would stifle human growth and development. Have you ever noticed that every time we make a little progress as a species, catastrophe hits? That’s not a coincidence.

Our maturity and adulthood and magnificence as a species are constantly being bombarded and tortured to death by the fear based control freaks who run this planet.

Our responsibility as a human family is to recognize that our always existing unity as a single species is constantly being undermined and sabotaged by the powers that shouldn’t be because they know how powerful we would be if we knew the truth. Our responsibility is to take back the power that we allowed to be stolen from us and stop being willing participants in abuse.

Every one of us are accomplices in our own self abuse and the abuse we tolerate in our beautiful world. Therefore, the first step in our recovery is to stop abusing ourselves with infantile ideas and put an end to all master/slave relationships.

Weak individuals are cultivated by the State and we are all force fed false Narratives 24/7. The truth is that all problems are manufactured and marketed by the State as emergencies that require control grids and lockdowns, for the Public Safety. The provably false Covid Narrative is just the latest example. The looming Lockdowns to mitigate Climate Change is another one.

We have the ability to Recognize what is always already True and Acknowledge our always already Existing Unity as One Human Family and Wake up to this Undeniable Fact, simultaneously.

Imagine if every soldier, every health care worker, every bus driver and school teacher and carpenter all said No to abuse and domination and division and extortion and fear based control tactics. Disobeying orders from our superiors that are inhumane and loveless is the Revolution we need.

No injections. No masks. No lockdowns. No censorship. No coercion. No domination. No shaming. No attacking. No invalidation. No self righteous condemnation. No invasion. No intrusion. No men in women’s private spaces. No victim/perpetrator collusions. No co-dependence. No more childish abdication of our adult responsibilities. No more loveless behavior. No more neglect of What Matters.

Instead, we Embrace Life and get it through our thick skulls that Life is a Gift. It’s even called the Present. Every breath. Every meal. Every beam of sunlight. All Gifts, Freely Given.

Therefore, that is how we should live: Grateful for the Gift of Life, Grateful for the Opportunity to Give the Gift of Life. Willing to do the work that is required. Willing to be corrected when we have made a mistake. Willing to discard every false notion and belief out of love for what is true.

As a species, we don’t deserve world peace because we have allowed ourselves to believe lies. There is only one way out: To turn back to our Source. Turn back to the Actor Who became our Characters out of Love. Stop wandering around and loitering in the objects of our Awareness like the Prodigal Son and return to the Father (Awareness).

That’s the First Step. Everything else will take care of Itself.

The Father welcomes us back with open arms and prepares a Feast to celebrate our return.

Dear Dylan

I have been following you career and watching your many interviews and I want to express how I and many others feel.

You are free to identify as a woman, a couch, a dog or whatever you choose. I do not object to what you do or don’t do with the Life you have been given. I respect the freedom of the Life that flows through everyone.

What I do object to is how you characterize those of us who reject the notion that you are a woman trapped in a man’s body, a victim of Nature.

You call us transphobic but this is not true. I am not afraid of people who identify with the opposite gender, I am angry at the abuse you heap onto womanhood when you imagine that some hormones and surgery and wearing a dress makes you a woman. No man can ever become a woman because being a woman is a spiritual and biological EVENT in Nature. Can the Earth become the moon? Can the ocean become land? No, and pretending so is an insult to God and the Universe.

It doesn’t matter how strongly any of us believe something. Belief doesn’t make anything true. Only truth makes something true.

So, call me transangry, not transphobic. I am not afraid of you and your beliefs, I am angry at you for harming women and pretending to be one. As a man, you have no business in women’s bathrooms, women’s sports, women’s locker rooms, sororities and other private spaces. To me, you and people like Lia Thomas are abusive, insensitive and invasive, all sins against humanity.

You apparently think that you are very progressive and are way beyond the rest of us Neanderthals who love and respect men and women just as we are.

Do you really think that God makes mistakes? Where is the evidence that you are a woman in a man’s body? One tiny shred of evidence is all I ask.

You have a belief system, nothing more. You are entitled to it, all I ask is that you stop imposing your views and lecturing the rest of us on how we are so primitive and barbaric in our conventional roles as men and women. Just because we adhere to an ancient tradition doesn’t mean we are fools. Fire is also ancient and we still use it. Shoes are ancient too. Do you think people who wear shoes are fools?

I saw one of your videos in which you expressed your worry and fear that ordinary men and woman are at risk and in danger because we are transphobic and should just grow up. Really? You are the one who is at risk. You are the one who has turned your back on God and Nature. You are the one who is going to reap the whirlwind and the sting of the Karmic Storm. You are the one who equates belief with truth.

Truth routinely destroys beliefs. Truth doesn’t care about or even notice what we believe. It’s too busy being the truth, radiating its intense beauty everywhere, except into your tiny, little skull where the Light cannot penetrate because the doors are locked, the windows are shuttered.

I fear for you Dylan, and for your followers. When the Light of Love and Truth cannot shine its Happiness and Passion, it starts blowing things up, not in a malicious way, but in an attempt to bring its nourishing Presence everywhere.

If you really believe in and love God, please reconsider your beliefs, premises and assumptions. Stop imagining that they are true just because you think so. Thinking so is no measure of devotion to truth. Truth requires MUCH more than “thinking so”. It requires humility, honesty, sincerity and the willingness to discard anything and everything the moment the searing Light of Truth demolishes our arrogance and vanity and the lies we tell ourselves..

Every action we take and don’t take has a consequence, an impact on the Seamless Fabric of Reality. If we are suffering and feeling lonely and trapped and confused, those are messages, not fortresses. They are the result of a disconnect from love and no amount of surgery and hormones and make-up will restore our natural, inherent happiness.

Happiness is already our True Nature but it has become obscured by the dark clouds of our beliefs. Even during the fiercest storm the Sun is Shining Bright above the clouds.

Dylan, please Face the Magnificence of Life and stop assuming that any belief system could ever be its equal. It can’t. Not yours. Not mine.

Imposing belief systems onto the Innocence and Beauty of life is a sin and a crime.

We must all repent from this, especially those who are famous and rich because they have the power to affect entire civilizations. John Lennon used his fame to promote world peace. Please use your fame for something larger than yourself and your unverifiable assumptions and beliefs and stop imposing them from a bully pulpit. Come down from your perch on the world stage and start noticing that God would never trap anyone in the wrong body. God would never do such a thing. It is we who trap ourselves and it is only we who can and must break free.

Women are the fiercest truth tellers of all and, if you want to be a woman, start telling the truth.

Jul 17     Share   Anna (winter 2022) I’ve written plenty about miracles lately and I have no intention of stopping. We obviously need more. Also, truth be told, the more people I interact with, the more powerlessness I sense. So, here I go again… Of the homeless women I help, one of my favorite regulars is Anna (see photo above). She’s disabled, quite timid, and rarely asks for much. In fact, when I ask Anna what I can bring her, her most consistent reply is: “Please keep me in your prayers.” I’m always honored by this request. Anna turned 60 years old on July 16 so I put out the call on GoFundMe and Patreon for support in my effort to provide some semblance of a lil’ birthday miracle. As is often the case, a few generous souls came through. The first of a few gifts I got Anna was a hand-carved wooden cross made in Bethlehem (she is Greek Orthodox): Among other things, I also got her a t-shirt and her favorite lavender, non-toxic hand sanitizer: P.S. The “be kind” message is not for Anna. She is beyond sweet. It’s for all the passersby she encounters. The gift-giving took place over the course of two visits. The first time, I gave Anna the shirt, the hand sanitizer — and other stuff like socks, and a $15 McDonald’s gift card. During that conversation, something funny occurred and I realized it was the first time I’d ever heard Anna laugh in the 2.5 years I know her. I made sure to make a couple more quips to inspire a couple more laughs. On my second visit, I brought the cross with me. But first, I stopped in a local, healthy restaurant for a birthday dessert. The woman working there is very kind and knows me a little. So I decided she might be excited to be involved in my efforts. I told her about Anna and asked for a rich chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting. The woman was quite moved and asked if she could join the fun by adding in (for free) a rich vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting. She did not have to ask twice: When I got to Anna, she was struggling on a humid day so I gave her a cold bottle of water I just bought — plus some gift cards. Next came the cupcakes. She seemed a little overwhelmed so I gave her a few minutes before giving her the cross. As she opened the canvas bag, she gasped and her eyes teared up. So did mine. “This is so beautiful,” she whispered as she immediately took the cross from the bag to hang on her neck. “It’s a reminder,” I said, “that even when things are darkest, you are being watched over. Happy Birthday, Anna.” Anna replied, “Thank you and God bless you.” I said the same to her but then made sure to say something funny to leave her with one more laugh. I walked away weeping. I share this as a demonstration of how powerful we each are. Every single day, I ask Jesus to work miracles of any size through me. This is WAY more important me to than my podcast, my subscriber count, or being “right” on social media. So, I urge all of you: Eschew false prophets. Don’t become myopic about the eating bugs, “controlled opposition,” etc. Instead, seek to become a conduit of unconditional love. This option is available to us 24/7. Detach from your devices for a while. Those contentious comment threads will be there when you get back (if you choose to still engage). Rather than sinking into the pits of negativity and paranoia, recognize that you are fearfully and wonderfully made with the inherent ability to fill others with faith, hope, and joy. The next time you’re tempted to share some doom and gloom or the latest gossipy accusations, ask yourself: What act of love can I perform instead? I promise you will never regret it. The notion that we human beings are ordinary is one of the biggest fallacies ever perpetuated on mankind.

The human realm is entirely unique in its scope, different from realms of plant, animal and mineral. “Only human” is a long-standing excuse for our collective forgetfulness as the supreme element of creation.

In the human realm, I believe we are each blessed with an inherent opportunity of which only a few currently take advantage:the opportunity to align our internal operating system/ego with, and in service to, a higher power. Like all opportunities, this one, also. is optional and voluntary.

I recently saw Solzhenitsyn’s 1978 Harvard Commencement Address and was blown away by its relevance.

“We cannot avoid reassessing the fundamental definitions of human life and human society. Is  true that man is above everything? Is there no Superior Spirit above him? Is it right that man’s life and society’s activities should be ruled by material expansion above all? Is it permissible to promote such expansion to the detriment of our integral spiritual life?

“If the world has not approached its end, it has reached a major watershed in history, equal in importance to the turn from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. It will demand from us a spiritual blaze; we shall have to rise to a new height of vision, to a new level of life, where our physical nature will not be cursed, as in the Middle Ages, but even more importantly, our spiritual being will not be trampled upon, as in the Modern Era.

“This ascension is similar to climbing onto the next anthropological stage. No one on earth has any other way left but—upward.”  A World Split Apart. Solzhenitsyn’s Commencement Address, Harvard University, June 8, 1978. (1)

After 45 years his vision of the challenges facing humanity now manifests in real time. Not only is material expansion all that seems to matter in the 21st century, but also we have the good news of how millions of humans are, in fact, “climbing onto the next anthropological stage”. I see the “spiritual blaze” he mentions igniting all around the earth.

As people realize that who they are is not their story, love, truth, courage and compassion grow effortlessly within whole beings connected to a “Superior Spirit”.

These qualities eventually overtake lower-level desires of greed, jealousy, arrogance and interpersonal cruelty.

Power as Control

Human beings are effortless vessels of the power of love. Yet most squander this exalted impersonal quality in exchange for a limited personal power based on generational beliefs derived from family and culture. We tend to follow along the same path…until something makes us question what we assumed as true.

The word “power” has several definitions but for first-world cultures it often means the “ability to control people or events”. (2) In fact, having control OVER people and events appears as the unspoken, assured path to societal success.

 However, in the final analysis, control is all about the critical importance of maintaining the optics of a winning self-image above all else: with greater concern about what others think than striving to be authentic or having integrity.

The question becomes: Is this sort of power leading us to a better, more beautiful world?

I don’t think so.

Like a fish in the water, how often do any of us swim up to the surface and pop our heads out to see the fishbowl in which our lives are confined? If we ever do get some contextual overview, I believe many would clearly see that the aggrandizement of personal power is our greatest downfall as the human race.  

Blame Politics?

Try as we might, personal power as the lever to gain control over life so often erupts with egoic rages and demands; satisfaction is short-term at best. Given the same misguided approach, most people look to politicians for solutions to the more global issues confronting their community, state/province, or nation. All eyes turn to political action for answers.  

The only problem is that politicians may just be of a ‘higher order’ when it comes to their thirst for personal power, validation and control.

They are the exact type of people that rise to the top of the heap: having a sense of superiority, willing to do most anything just to win, and generally not good listeners. This means our leaders reflect simply a more polished version of the common dysfunctions/dark side of the human ego, and that no one escapes whether admitted or not.

Today’s collective context, i.e. the public mindset of fear, hate, mistrust, violence and division, is the same ground out of which politicians are grown and harvested.

We are one and the same and unwittingly create each other. But the funny part is that due to our blindness to this irony of not having popped our heads out to see the destructive belief systems of the ‘fishbowl’ we’re all swimming in, we will blame the politicians. Instead of realizing that by our worldview and behavior not only do we add to or subtract from the quality of the overall collective cultural context, but we also forget that our politicians come from the same context.

The accepted path of least resistance for centuries has been to project our lack of cleaning up our own inner messes onto a myriad of official others. So where does that leave us?

The way I see it is that politics is a subset of the human being and not the other way around!

The Contextual Shift to a Peaceful, More Beautiful World

Humans (like fish), along with the gazillion things humans create and build, from rockets to dish soap, are the content making up the collective cultural context (fishbowl).

To my way of seeing, the current context of material expansion at all costs to nature and humanity no longer serves.

I suppose it seemed like a good idea at the time.

To live in a world based on nonviolence, goodwill and collaboration, we would need to shift from a mission of increasing quantity to one of recognizing and expanding quality. In other words, like apples and oranges, such re-prioritization requires a deliberate shift in context.

Rearranging the world’s content into new and different configurations via presidents, financial products, social expectations, etc., we simply rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Good luck with that.

The mindset of any collective is made up of what each of us brings to it, for better or worse, consciously or unconsciously.

A contextual shift needs to unfold within each human.

As our heads (and hearts) break the surface of our fishbowl an ‘aha’ moment is revealed; we see that there is an outside – an entirely new dimension – a journey connected to the mind of God.

As the saying goes, you can’t get there from here.  

The Paradox of Hidden Treasure

Personal experience informs me that to move into a God mindset means to first become both curious and aware of the current state of my internal conversations, as mean-spirited, sad or confused they may actually be.

This ‘grist for the mill’ is the stuff of personal transformation.

From there the great unraveling begins: finding ways to deconstruct the negative familial and cultural beliefs we unconsciously developed just by being part of a family and a culture.

We DO have the power to process negative thought forms previously thought to be other people’s problems, not our own.

The context of our life shifts from assumed narrative to found reality to reveal the hidden treasure. The problem is always one’s identity.

As we peel back the layers of who we thought we were by stopping to identify who we are as the body or a particular character in our mind, something extraordinary happens.

We can:

see how we’ve been living in the past or feeling anxious about the future.

learn to let go of control, comparing and competing.

release expectations.

regain a sense of being beyond thoughts and concepts.

start living spontaneously in the present tense.

realize that being present is the safest place to be.

find common ground with others.

utilize both left AND right hemispheres of our brain, and

move more gracefully through difficult situations by seeing our part in it.

It is the God Dimension that transforms us from the inside-out when we make the effort to move our life in this direction.

No one has to, that’s for sure. Yet it’s not hard to imagine that each of us human beings, without exception, possesses an untapped power within just waiting for us to connect with the guidance of a power higher than our personalities. The experience of an inner peace that surpasses understanding is one of the best kept secrets ever in an uncertain world.

Only human? I don’t think so.

“If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.” ~ Gospel of Thomas 45:30-33

Do you really think that the way you treat yourself and others escapes Notice?

Do you really think that nothing matters? That you can act with impunity? As if what you think, say and do has no meaning or consequence?

This essay is designed to demonstrate how every single thing we do and don’t do expresses our not so hidden assumptions.

For example:

If I assume I am a separate thing, a body/mind/person who came into this world (instead of from it), like a leaf which doesn’t realize it comes from the tree, operating on my own 20 horsepower, then guess what?

I become a caricature of myself, a presumptuous and vain overlay of arrogance onto innocence. Its a default position, barely alive.

Let me explain.

The very moment you identify exclusively with the content of your experience, your body/mind/self and all its perceptions and perspectives. that’s the very moment you abandon the Awareness which makes the whole experience possible in the first place.

Does the Screen of Awareness need the Image of the Body/mind/self/universe to Exist?

No.

Does the Body/mind/self/universe need the Screen of Awareness to exist?

Yes, the Image is made up entirely by the Screen, 100%.

The Image exists entirely by the ability of the Screen to pixelate, to refract its Clear Light into color, shape, space and time.

When we identify exclusively with the Image, we overlook the Screen and subject ourselves to the limitations of the Image.

This produces fear and suffering, competition, strategies and techniques designed to ensure our survival, an impossibility.

But, when we face Reality and the Primacy of Awareness as our True Identity, it doesn’t matter if Images appear or not. The Screen Exists independently of the Image.

Imposing our temporary, impermanent, mortal identities upon the Eternal Presence of Life is understandable, yes, but it is still a monumental error.

Unless the Image understands itself to be one with the Screen, exquisitely intimate and not separate from it, then a terrible fear and a desperate angst in inevitable.

The character on the stage is made entirely of the actor and his costume. He does not lament when the play is over, nor does the actor who goes home after the show.

Were the character to create an identity for himself, independent of the actor, he would suffer.

He has no identity apart from the actor. The actor and the audience make an agreement to tell a story, to enact roles and to forget that the character is an agreed upon fiction.

Unless the character is seen as an enjoyable and highly entertaining fiction, there will be suffering.

The suffering is a signal to Understand, like pain is a signal to take your hand out of the fire.

The refusal to face the Obvious, the insistence of a prosaic and provincial belief over the truth of our actual experience as Consciousness first/Image second is what creates egoity.

It’s a kind of sin, a crime against ourselves.

I call this spiritual pedophilia, a molestation of the Sacred by the Profane.

This is a very difficult admission to make, but I admit it.

Control is the strategy that fear uses to create security. which sounds like a good idea only there’s one tiny problem.

It doesn’t work.

It doesn’t work because a fear based control strategy can only produce more fear and, therefore more control. It’s an endless downward spiral that always ends up in a catastrophic failure.

Do I need to control the cells dividing in my body? Should I control my heartbeat? Does my breath need to be supervised?

If fear breeds control, what breeds fear?

Fear is the direct result of spiritual error. Spiritual error is the direct result of false assumptions.

For example, if I was a Neanderthal who had never seen or heard a radio, I would be amazed and would want to take it apart and find the tiny musicians inside. My false assumption about tiny musicians would leave the radio in pieces in the same way that my heart and soul go to pieces when I falsely assume that consciousness is in the brain and when I die it means that my existence gets annihilated.

Fear.

Consciousness is not in the brain in the same way musicians are not in the radio.

Why do I assume that consciousness arises in the brain?

The assumption that consciousness arises in the brain and is annihilated at death is the work of the apparently separate self, the one who mistakes uniqueness and individuality as evidence of separation and isolation. If the leaf doesn’t notice that it is inherently intimate with the tree, it will create a false dichotomy that cannot be solved on the same level in which it was created.

Therefore, when the false assumption is eliminated, the fear disappears and is transformed into wickedly funny humor and paradox.

Instead of fear, there is astonishment, wonder and humility.

Trust occurs naturally and does not have to be manufactured.

Trust is not a technique nor yet another strategy.

Trust is what happens when love is unstrangled.

Love is unstrangled when we see that it is our hands around our throats.

We were born into the Great Lie and have repeated it endlessly.

However, as Gandhi pointed out, a lie does not become the truth because everyone believes it, nor does the truth become a lie because no one sees it.

What is true is always true and is prior to and senior to what is believed. When belief hijacks truth, expect trouble.

The only remedy that I know of that actually works is to stop the strangulation. Taking my hand off my throat is easier than choking myself to death.

I can’t become myself (because I already am myself) but I can un-become what I am not.

I can stop the self strangulation of false assumptions. Scientific Materialism. Religious Superstition. Philosophical Nihilism. Cultural Suicide. Spiritual Pedophilia.

This is what Jesus Christ meant by Repentance.

Repentance is the refusal to swallow lies. It has nothing to do with self improvement techniques or positive intentions.

Repentance is the decision to be open to what is true. It is a militancy and a vigilance, a courageous heart which will not be ruled by fear.

Fear is incredibly weak compared to love. It produces extremely meager results and always creates more fear and control.

The rise of the Control Freak known as Technocratic Biomedical Fascism is the demon child of the fear that grips humanity.

100% baseless fear.

Fear does have a legitimate place, though, like when you’re running from a tiger, but it’s supposed to disappear when the danger is over.

The Governments of the world have learned to never let the danger be over, to use that fear control entire populations. They play fear card because it’s the only one they have, so they invent monsters and diseases to manipulate us. The invention of Covid is only the latest example of fear-based control systems.

Covid and the Medical Mafia have literally nothing to do with public health. The virus has never been isolated nor has it ever been proven to cause disease. Do you find this hard to accept? The fact of the matter is the presence of a virus in the body of a sick person does not prove it caused the sickness. That’s because correlation is not causation. Correlation is correlation. Causation is causation. They are not the same.

When a tree falls in the forest, it rots and is dissolved into soil by bacteria, mold and fungi. When tissues in our bodies die, microbes reduce it to atoms and use them to rebuild the tissue.

Did the microbes cause the tissues to die? No.

Does the virus cause disease? No.

It is the false assumptions about the virus that cause disease. The mRNA injections have killed and crippled millions of people worldwide, a fact that is actively suppressed by the media, government and agencies like the WHO, FDA, NIH and CDC.

In the same way, the false assumptions we make about ourselves, along with the draconian strategies of the fearful, separate self to find remedy in consoling beliefs, are ineffective, harmful and worthless.

Here is a way to shift the attention back to what is true: Understand that Reality, whatever it is altogether, is Truly Great. Therefore, you are Truly Great and every theory you have about yourself should match Life’s Greatness. If it doesn’t, then its back to the Drawing Board for you.

The return to your self will produce Trust and Trust will outshine and replace Fear.

Guaranteed

Since ancient times, we humans have been passionately curious about who and what we are on the most fundamental level.

The religions say we’re a soul in a body, the psychologists say we’re a mind in a brain, the scientific materialists say we’re just a bunch of atoms flying around in random interactions, neural pathways in the brain that evolved into consciousness.

Yawn.

The problem I have with these theories is that they’re so unimaginative. They are not even close to what we observe in the Magnificent Work of Art we call Nature. Shouldn’t theories be as great as what they explain? Must they constantly loiter in the dark alleys of sub-human thought?

I am truly sick unto death with the bonehead ideas that endlessly ooze out of the citadels of scientific materialism. Theories like the Big Bang and Consciousness evolved out of matter are so preposterous, they boggle my random neural pathways.

But the thing that sickens me the most is the way the Materialists use their intelligence to disprove intelligence.

They are in for a rude awakening because the truth is no one knows what consciousness is, where it is, why it is, or how it could possibly exist in the first place.

People who say God made it or the Big Bang exploded Reality into existence are indulging in theories that do nothing more than move the Mystery back a notch. That’s because we don’t know where God came from or what was before the Big Bang. The Mystery of Existence remains, no matter how we try to explain it.

My point is that it’s unexplainable and our theories are part of the Mystery and Wonder and Beauty of Reality Itself. They don’t exist outside of it; nothing exists outside of it.

Therefore, what I say about myself and who I am on the most fundamental level, is always an expression of of the Whole as it manifests as the Part.

In other words, we are Homo Fractalis, what Da Vinci called the Vitruvian Man and what Adi Da called the Free Standing Man.

This image of Mankind is on the same level of magnificence as the Cosmos, just a smaller version of it.

The problem with the bonehead theories is that they are so miniscule compared to what we experience everyday as Human Beings, as Fractals of the Whole, Brave Teammates in the Deadly Game of Life,

Homo Braviens

We Make Humanity Great Again by destroying the false and cultivating the Real.

By removing the wool we allowed to be pulled over our eyes.

We recognize ourselves to already be the Free Standing Man, the Circuit that conducts the flow of Life between Heaven and Earth, the Blissful Current of Being Itself.

Homo Ecstatica

That’s right. Conducting the infinite Current of Life is inherently blissful, ecstatic, intensely pleasurable, free, happy and alive with excitement.

Right? Yes. Only most people don’t experience it because it’s buried beneath mountains and centuries of boneheadedness.

Tiny theories wobbling under the weight of True Magnificence.

My personal theory is that the Universe is a magnificent work of Cosmic Art, a staggering expression of Beauty and Passion that evokes moans and groans of deep pleasure, pain and happiness.

Homo Gloria

We are not pond scum that evolved over millions of years. We are not neurons firing in the brain. We are not minds in a body, nor souls encased in flesh. We are not ideas, theories or random particles in a cosmic soup.

What we are, I can’t fully say because no language can accurately represent the Infinite. Language can point to it, but can never adequately explain the Wonder that we are.

Homo Mysterium

Scientific Materialism and Religious Superstition create human psychosis because they are way too small to do the job. The proof? One quick glance at the sorry state of our Beautiful World.

Only a completely failed Theory of Humanity could accomplish the appalling degradation of the Sacred we see everywhere.

We deserve it, too because we went along with the lies we inherited.

The only way out is to turn around, to turn back to the Well, the Sacred Spring out of which the Water of Life flows.

Water and Earth are the expressions of this Life, this Love.

Water brings Light and nutrients to the cell and removes the wastes. Our bodies are trillions of watery cells in a bag of skin, containers of Intelligent Light, microcosms of the macrocosm.

The Cosmos is Magnificent, you were birthed from the Cosmos, therefore, you are Magnificent, no matter what the boneheads tell you.

Homo Magnifica

We can burn down the false narratives about ourselves and cultivate the Real, both as individuals and nations.

Unity does not have to be achieved, only recognized as already existing, the Great Treasure buried beneath the countless lies we tell ourselves.

We Make Humanity Great Again by leaving materialistic garbage in the past, where it belongs. Then, we create models and images and artworks that accurately reflect ourselves and are on the same level of Beauty and Grace as the Universe.

The tombs of the heart and the dungeons of mind concocted by materialistic goonery, arrogance and vanity have taken a terrible toll on the Human Race.

The Bill has come due and it’s up to us to cancel it, to write Paid in Full on it and send it back.

Then, we can get to work on Creating the Art that deeply Reflects our spectacular nature and Makes Humanity Great Again.

Homo Gargantua

The story I tell about myself is the framework through which all my experience is processed. My story creates the parameters of my understanding of myself and the world.

The Story I inherited was that I am a mind inside a body, a soul encased in flesh. I am a separate individual in a world of other separate individuals. The more they have, the less I have, so I must compete with them to survive. My species evolved from amino acids floating in sea water. After millions of years, fish crawled out of the sea and became mammals which became primates, which became humans. This was caused by random interactions between particles of matter that evolved over eons of time through genetic mutations which allowed for survival of the fittest.

It’s me against them. My consciousness is the result of neurons firing in my brain. My brain is the seat and origin of consciousness and when I die, there is nothing that remains. This atheistic religion relieves me of the fear of death because when the brain dies, no experience is possible.

For those separate selves who believe in God, the problem of death is solved through salvation. At death, the soul is transported to Heaven, as long as all the requirements have been fulfilled.

These are the Stories of the separate self. They create a dog-eat-dog world of competition, aggression and mistrust. The Stories are an overlay, a template imposed upon the Actual Condition in which the so-called separate self appears.

You can do all the shadow work you want, but you will not be able to get very far without understanding the difference between your story and the Territory in which it appears.

The Territory doesn’t know what a separate self is. The Territory is the Unified Field of Intelligent Awareness that is Alive as all apparently separate things.

When you understand yourself to be the Unified Field of Intelligent Awareness, all Stories and Programs are seen for what they are: rumor, hearsay, innuendo, opinion, speculation, conjecture, theory, assumption and fear based strategies of control. No longer is the Unified Field restricted to these crippling limitations.

Instead, the Field becomes immanently available to the individual who is now illuminated beyond and free of his or her mental constructs.

What this means is that the very reason for strategies of control and domination fades away and disappears altogether.

I don’t have to control my heartbeat. I don’t have to control the trillions of cells dividing in my body.

Why then, do I feel like I have to control anything or anyone?

Answer: I don’t.

Strategies of control are fear based programs of desperation and anxiety. Should I worry if my kidneys will function today? Should I consult an expert?

How can I be safe and free from death?

That is the Question that creates the Story that creates the obsessive fear of the separate self.

When the Field outshines and replaces the Story of the separate self, the pregnant possibilities of every moment become available.

And, not until.

The Light can’t penetrate the armor of the separate self, so it conspires with Fate and plants bombs to blow it up. The cracks in our walls and barricades let the light in.

I believe that the Story is why the world is in such terrible condition. Yes, it’s the Rothschild Satanists, the Banking and Pharmaceutical cartels who create war and poverty and disease, the military/industrial/congressional complex who create dystopia, all “for our own good”, but all these entities are the result of the problem, not the cause.

The cause is the Story. The Story creates, enables and facilitates all our personal psychoses, and all the criminal cartels, syndicates and psychopaths who rule over us. That’s why the Mass Media and Big Tech are constantly fabricating reasons for you to feel victimized and in need of rescuing. They love our Story and use it against us. We also love our Story and use it to assign blame and avoid responsibility for ourselves.

The Story we tell ourselves is their greatest weapon. Without it, they would be powerless. We give them the power they have over us. Their domination and tyranny are a reflection of our default on ourselves.

The Way out is to deconstruct the Lie and Notice the Obvious.

The Obvious is the Gift of Life, freely given to all beings. The Obvious is the fact that every breath we take, every meal we eat, every thought we think is a Gift. We didn’t earn it. We didn’t deserve it. We are not entitled to it.

Life is a Gift. It’s even called the Present. Everyone loves their own life and wants to protect it. Every creature loves their life and seeks to preserve it. This is a clue, the Evidence of Life’s love for Itself. Understanding this is a doorway into the Universal Field of Intelligent Light.

My point is this and I am not exaggerating one tiny bit:

The entire, massive edifice of our civilization worldwide, the total gargantuan history of our thought, philosophy, art, religion, science, cosmology, medicine, politics and economics is almost entirely based on the assumption of a separate self, a belief that can be demolished by even the slightest glimpse of the truth.

The truth is what is Obvious to you right now. It is Obvious that you are alive and aware and are reading this sentence. Who or What is reading? A separate self who appeared by chance by the random interaction of atoms and molecules? Says who? On the basis of what evidence?

The separate self makes a separate cosmology. The Big Bang theory is an example of the Story of the separate self. So is the Story of the Garden of Eden. To the separate self, the Big Bang is how Reality came into being, through chaos and explosion, which created random associations that became biology which became human which became conscious. All random interactions and genetic mutations. Survival of the fittest is the law of nature and if you don’t compete and dominate, you die. You’re just a cog in the machine anyway, so shut the fuck up and get back to work. The separate self sees division and conflict because he is projecting his division and conflict onto the world and others.

Once we get over that, everything will change very quickly.

The truth is that consciousness Exists, miraculously, unexplainably, uncontrollably. The fools who try to control Nature are programmed by their false assumptions.

While there is competition in Nature, it is only a subset of the deeper Principle of Cooperation. In the human body, all the organs and tissues are symbiotic, animated and harmonized by the Conscious Living Intelligence of Radiant Light, the Condition in Which all space and time appear and disappear.

The One Who is reading this sentence is the Very One Who is Infinitely Alive as all beings.

It does not move, yet enables all movement.

It does not change, yet allows all change.

It is the Screen, we are the Images.

It is the Kiss, we are the Lips.

There is no separation, no dichotomy between the Screen and the Image, between Consciousness and Matter, between God and Self, between Whole and Part.

It appears that way when the Image thinks it’s separate from the Screen.

It creates the feeling of being marooned on an island of flesh, needing to compete to survive.

Recognition of the Obvious is the only way I know of that actually clears away all the junk and gunk of the separate self and restores gratitude, intimacy and happiness, the kind that lovers feel for each other.

A new Story of the Unified Self, one that Recognizes the Obvious Truth of our inherent Unity with all Life is the Way through the desert and swamps and dungeons of the separate self.

The Indigenous Peoples of the world are right.

Everything is Alive.

This is cause for great joy and celebration, the True Foundation of authentic human culture.
