I have built many homes over the last 4 decades and lead several families through the no-mortgage, owner/contractor process. My offer is to provide you with continuous support throughout your entire building process, from start to finish. Details to be negotiated.

I believe in "home on your terms" and I have developed super effective techniques that support homebuilders, even from afar. My design concepts, construction methods and win/win strategies with my clients speak for themselves when it comes to cost effective, super durable, extremely beautiful homes. All that, on your terms, at your pace, under your control.

Bold. Real. Human.

As contractor, you have all the power. We are not in competition for the resources, my job is to save you time and money and keep your costs down as much as possible. This is not exactly altruistic on my part. The more money I save you the more you have to pay me moving forward. Mutual self interest and team work is my method and it results in truly fabulous results that dont cost an arm and a leg.
